On October 15, 2011, hundreds of Divas around the Globe will be kicking off the Holiday Selling Season of 2011 with our First Annual Diva Holiday Event! This Shopping Event will help all participating Party Plan Consultants to meet new customers, book Holiday Parties, and maybe event find new team members looking to start their business this season!

Why: Kick Off your Holiday Selling Season with the Diva Holiday Event!
FAQ’s:
Do I have to be a Party Plan Divas Member to coordinate/participate? NO. This event is open to literally everyone! Meet other Divas and business owners in your neighborhood and support each other this season!
What is my responsibility as a Coordinator? As a local coordinator you will be the “go to” person for local vendors, consultants, and media personnel. You will work with your location to organize the vendors, and help spread the word about the event.
Is there a cost for this event? As the coordinator you will be in charge of setting the Vendor Cost to cover the location fee, plus $10 to cover the cost of expenses -flyers, advertising, etc. Ex: If the event room costs $250 for the day, and you have 10 vendors, the vendor fee will be $35. ($25 for location, $10 to expenses)
What about the donations? Because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we ask that each vendor agrees to donate 5% of their sales from the event to the Susan G Komen Foundation. We will make a donation after the event with all of our names.
Will I have help? I am here for you every step of the way. Once you have secured your location, I will provide you with all of the tools that you need to have a successful Vendor Event. I also recommend you “team up” with other Vendors and Coordinators to share ideas and support each other.

About The Sister System:
The Sister System is the most important aspect of Diva Success Sisters that sets us apart from just the average “Networking Group.” The Sister System encourages ongoing friendships and trainings between consultants every single week. The Sister System and Diva Success Sisters is available to all Party Plan Divas.
How does The Sister System work?
Each month you have the opportunity to be paired up with another Party Plan Diva to be your “Sister”. Then each Wednesday a new topic or article will be posted from The Party Plan Coach on the Success Sisters Boards for you and your Sister to spend one hour either on the phone or in person discussing and brainstorming for new ideas. Each month you will be assigned a new sister to share your knowledge with!
Why is The Sister System so successful?
The Party Plan Industry is all about relationships. No matter what your product line is, the relationships you make with your clients, hostesses, and team members will make or break your business. With The Sister System you will form lasting friendships with your other Party Plan Divas, giving the opportunity for referrals, party swapping, and more.
I’m still a little confused on how it all really works!?!
Ok, imagine this – this month you are paired up with Anne, another Party Plan Divas member. Each week for the next month you and Anne will spend one hour a week talking about all kinds of different topics, ideas, etc that The Party Plan Coach has posted on the Diva Success Sisters Message Boards. You are only required one hour a week, these are just suggestions that have worked for other Divas.
Next month you are paired up with Betty, another Party Plan Divas Member. The first week Betty shares with you a terrific new idea she learned from HER sister last month. Because you have formed a friendship with Anne last month – you will pick up the phone and call her to share with her Betty’s new great idea!!! The cycle goes on and on, bringing you constant and consistent new ideas coming into your business!
Ok, I’m ready! What do you need?
Sign up with your name and email on the open month board. On the first of every month I will pair everyone up with their Sister. Then every Wednesday we will have a new topic to talk about over at our Diva Success Sisters Message Boards. By signing up you are promising to keep in touch with your Sister throughout the month, and promising to not be an “idea sucker” (lol) but to engage, share ideas, and work together for the month.

Party Packs are a great way to get your name out around town and help other Party Plan Divas. Party Packs are basically packets of Gardening Gifts put together by Diva Success Sisters to help promote each other throughout your community.
Party Packs are created by individual Chapters and include Gardening Gifts from the Members who want to participate in building their business.
